TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated: 10 June 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with The Unbound Project and Unbound Retreats, operated by Loewenthal & Co Ltd ("we", "our", or "us").
By booking a retreat, workshop, event or experience with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking & Payment
Participants may choose to either pay in full or secure their place using the payment plan option.
Pay in Full
Your place is confirmed once full payment has been received.
Payment Plan
Participants choosing the payment plan option will pay a non-refundable deposit of £300 at the time of booking.
The £300 deposit secures your place on the retreat.
The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same payment method on 9 August 2026.
By selecting the payment plan option, you authorise us and our payment provider to collect the remaining balance on 9 August 2026.
The £300 deposit is non-refundable. By selecting the payment plan option, you acknowledge that the remaining balance will be automatically charged on 9 August 2026 and that all payments become non-refundable once collected.
It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available and that your payment details remain valid.
If the balance payment is declined or cannot be collected, we will attempt to contact you. If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the £300 deposit.
All prices are shown in GBP (£).

Accommodation is arranged through approved accommodation or travel partners.
Room availability and room allocation are subject to availability at the time of booking.

For participants using the payment plan option, the £300 deposit is non-refundable from the time of booking.
The remaining balance will be automatically collected on 9 August 2026. Once this payment has been collected, the full retreat fee becomes non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may contact us to discuss the possibility of transferring your place to another participant. Any transfer will be entirely at our discretion and may be subject to administration fees.
No refunds will be given for:
Participant cancellations
Missed flights
Travel disruptions
Late arrivals
Early departures
Failure to participate in any part of the retreat
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your circumstances.

In the unlikely event that we cancel the retreat, participants will receive a full refund of all monies paid to us in relation to the retreat.
We will not be responsible for any costs incurred outside of payments made directly to us unless otherwise agreed.
8. Force Majeure
If circumstances beyond our reasonable control affect the retreat, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, travel disruptions, illness, pandemics, strikes, venue closures, or other unforeseen events, we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, modify or cancel the retreat.
Where possible, your booking will be transferred to a future retreat date.
Where a transfer is not possible or appropriate, we may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion.
We will always endeavour to find the fairest solution for all parties involved.
